Came fourth in 2007 Australian Grand Prix show. Was well off this year unfortunately.

i love how the front double biceps shot sorts out those who have a good physique and those who are just big.

when this massive guy hits that shot he looks crap.

check out the top 10 in the Mr.O. only about 2 of them actually look half decent in the Front DB..the rest look lopsided, awkward, imbalanced, blocky and out of proportion.

thats why Arnold was so good, and thats why BB today is shite.

and thats why Dex should be Mr.O already..he's the only guy in the top 10 who can hit the FDB and look good.

only some of the past champs ever looked good in it too.. Levrone was one, Haney, dare i say Paul Dillett, Labrada's was ok, and Ronnies (in top shape) was pretty amazing also...more notable was who were champs and looked crap in that pose..

elsonbaty, yates (all bar the famous black and white pics), Shawn Ray (blocky legs, featureless biceps and flat tris and pecs that disappeared)- phenomenal rear double biceps though..anywhoo..jay cutler's is majorly crappy and the latest phenom phil heath's is dodgy too.

show me a bb who looks good in the FDB and chance is that he's got the balance and masses right.

Very, very true.

 I learned from Zane early on that the FDB pose was the most telling, and the most difficult to look good in. He put the front lat spread in the same category. Very hard to 'hide' in the fdp pose.

I remember talking to my buddies about Yates when he first came up. They were all about how huge and "grainy" he was. My opinion was  "yeah, that's nice...... but he's got a big stomach, shit arms and shit chest."

Where have you been that you've never heard of Martin Kjellstrom?  I love the guy, but I don't see him doing well in any shows.  In contest shape he is too smooth; he is also too tall to carry the necessary muscle density when compared to shorter guys.

As you might expect, he is huge in the offseason and while guest posing, but I don't see him becoming a first tier pro.  If he is lucky he will be competitive in the second tier. 

Not hating.  I'm just calling it as I see it.  I rather like him.
