The interview starts out, "Today I have the opportunity to interview a bodybuilder that wants to make major damage in all the pro shows that he will compete in..."   Turns out, the only "major damage" Kamali ever made was to his physique.

Sadly , he never  retuirned to the 2001 form he enjoyed here.

I don't think he even looked good in 2001...  he was nothing but hype from the start.

Btw.. did Kamali get sue somone on this forum years ago for slander? i heard Kamali on a interview saying shit like "that geek can expect a knock on the door from the police" .. i wonder who he was referring to and did anything come of it?

That was 240 he threatened, and like nearly 99.9% of any threats on the net....it went nowhere. Also, like all of Kamali's threats, it was just hype.
Anyone else remember the FLEX interview about him winning the Olympia something like 10+ times, going into retirement and coming back to win it again just to piss off Shawn Ray (another one of his feuds along with Milos, Titus, and whoever else)?
What about Kamali sitting at the Mr. O contest in, I think, 2002 claiming he was in such great shape that he expects no less than 2-4 place? That was the year he placed DEAD LAST and one of the first times we heard the "I made a mistake in my prep, 24hrs earlier I looked phenomenal...." routine.
