I can't stay satiated with rice without overeating but oatmeal works well.

Yes.  I used it today.  I ate 1 cup uncooked rice (ended up 3 or 4 cups once it was cooked).  I think I could do two cups uncooked rice tomorrow.  I was wondering what the millionaires here consumed.

so how many cups per day (uncooked measurement) do you eat?  I want numbers here... I know you're way over 200 and I"m just trying to get back there...

nah weight doesnt mean everything
im still not very tolerant to carbs
so i eat black beans and barley and ezekiel bread.
and i use pro/fat alot. (lots of peanut butter)
AND a guy on here named smokepol gave me this cool tip about fructose and how it can prserve muscle glycogen and lower insulin !
