i'm curious, is it true that when you run a cycle you get a better response in your arms and delts than in you torso? it seems to me that many guys who go on get a better response in their arms than in their torsos

also, i you only run 1 compound, will tabs hit your arms more so than you torso? i'm asking coz my torso overpowers my arms and delts
