You guys are fucked up, like doping in the states or in Russia or any other country is that much different... this is about national/government pride, any country will do what it can to win as many medals as they can and look better then the others. U.S Olympic team dopes just as much, they even said that in '83 half the U.S olympic team failed the drug test, then left home citing that 'half the team got the flu'  LOL
