Anways...let me tell you a bit about me...ive been lifting for 7 years, but probably in the past 3 years is when Ive really focused on a solid diet and workout plan. Right now Im cutting using Palumbos keto approach...the diet seems to be working well and my strength seems to be holding out.
I hope to compete in a bodybuidling show next year, although i really need to focus on some of my weak points(i.e. calves, arms)
Im gonna check out some of the other boards on here and im gonna post from time to time.
