  Attending this show was amazing and DISAPPOINTING :-\  Looking at couple of the IFBB PROs who did the guest posing was really amazing that HOLDING that much of water and FATTTTTTTTTTTTTT :o even the guys in the 90kg class looked better than them :-[

  on the other hand 2 of the guest posers LOOKED really great and with the meaning of IFBB PRO... great posing, great condition.....

 the show was as Good as the WROLD show.. very tough... they was giving EACH class winners:

1st : $4000
2nd: $ 3200
3rd:  $2200
4th:  $1400
5th:  $800

 there was below 70kg, 80kg, 90kg and above 90kg   (do the math for a local show) how much they spend.! plus each guest poser fee......!!

  it was fun to hang out in there....

Unless the long flight put a lot of water on Toney it wasn't him that looked like shit.  I trained with him on Tuesday and he was looking great at 298 lbs.  I was 7 weeks out and he was just as lean or leaner than I was.

I'm guessing one of the ones not in shape was Kai...look at how puffy his face is.
