I am feeding my dogs a combo of Iams dry lamb and rice chow with Pedigree "wet" beef nuggets.
The exwife/ gf and I are heading out to Sonic for some chow. I will opt for the chicken sandwich with onion rings and she will go for the number 1 burger with cheese and frys.
I will get a DIET coke however, ya gotta draw the line somewhere.

I tried to advise this IFBB pro on my diet tips and he was not convinced, hmmmmmm

howie its really not hard to eat decently..    you dont like meats ? chicken steak turkey ??  have a big-ass piece of some kind of meat and BOOM your good..    all the other shit really doesnt even matter that much..   carbs fats fiber.. ehhh...   just making sure you eat a bunch of meat every meal thats all you gotta do really
