thats pretty neat ! i read somewhere once that caffiene "retards" glucose metabolism; so i have always tried to keep the two seperated from each other...FUCK ! i guess ive been mising out
I'm always exhausted after a workout and feel like doing nothing, so maybe taking caffeine will not make me as lethargic.
Doesn't caffeine raise cortisol levels too?I've always avoided it as much as possible, but i'm no expert.
