there was a huge dude at my gym yesterday, first time I saw him.
he was doing close grip bench press with 4 plate on the smith for 10 reps.

even if it is on the smith, that is fucking strong.
I don't see a lot of big bber in my gym so that impressed me.

most i have ever seen benched free weight was only 130kgx10, or 160 x4 and a few forced reps. not a huge maount
