 hey guys. what body fat % do you think is on the upper end of the ideal bodyfat % to run gear at ? i know the more fat the worse it works and the more prone to side effects...

Personally I wouldn't recomend running a cycle unless you are at least 15% or lower.  More fat cells = more aromatization = more estrogen = more possible sides.

Yes 15% seems to be a good point to base things off of. Granted, depending on a persons goals and body type this number might fudge a little one way or the other...but 15% is a good approximate rule of thumb.

yeah 14-15% i would say, wouldnt want to go much higher than that.   If you think you started at too high % why dont you come off and start dieting, get down to 8 or 9% with some clen then start the aas again for best results.

well that is what im doing but no clen or fat burners and im not coming off either  ;D itll only be about a week more of dieting (been at it for 3 weeks) and ill be at about 10 % bodyfat.... then ill run the rest of what ive got for about two months then do pct and then next cycle prably next spring

How long have you been on? Seems like you should be off by now. Maybe not just seems you've been on for a while.
