Which states will go to Obama?

Which states will go to McCain?

Let's line them up, count the delegates and predict who's going to come out on top.

McCain
Texas
Florida
Pennsylvania
Michigan

Obama
California
New York
Ohio
Illinois

For Obama to have a chance, I say that he'll need to get either Georgia OR North Carolina.  I think Virginia goes Obama, but the rest of the South goes to McCain.

I contend that as VP, Hilary will give Obama the 3 big ones - OH, FL, and PENN

All three were very close in 2004.

Since 2004, a lot of 2004 Bush voters have lost jobs, realized 911 was an inside job, realized WMD was a lie, realized the economy is in shambles and Bush's oil buddies are making record profits, etc.

if 1% of those voters change from bush to vote dem, then the dems win with plenty of room to spare.  And if you think only 1% of 2004 Bush voters are not happy with things and ready for change, I have a bridge to sell you...

Lots of folks aren't taking into account that they lost their jobs because of Clinton's NAFTA.  You think the Rove camp wouldn't hammer that home?

Regarding FL, you make a good point - over half the Latinos there think Hillary Clinton is Cuban! lol

If OH goes Obama, it will be more the result of what happened in 2004 (when the Dems feel they were screwed over) than what's available on the ballot this time...Clinton or no Clinton.

How much does the bridge cost?
I hate the State.

People are ready for change, but not that much change.
