this is a Phil Heath vid from a while ago, but listen to him talk about not satisfied with what you see or have, and compare that to waht Shawn Ray said in "The Final Countdown" (they are both doing chest and posing, a very eerie similarity,

No, you mental miscarriage, one of the reasons why Shawn was so good and never off his game, was because he was always hungry, he never slipped up, because he knew there were others waiting in the wings.

Now look at his physique and his training, it showed, and it shows with Phil and he is a youngin' in the game, so you know  he's got the drive like Shawn...

shawn is more talk than action, he just say cliche things so people think he is inspiring...good physique but a bullshitter all the way. Did I mention that he has a thing for trannies ?

I know, right. I remember posting the above vid of Shawn, and most people can attest, that while he runs his mouth, in the gym, he's all work, no play. And him pushing the 150's for reps at body weight of 220 speaks volumes
