hi,

how itchy do your nipples have to be to know its time to tke some nolva to prevent gyno?


is itchy nipples the only symptom?

Itchy nipples, swelling of the nipple tip is what I got.

mines have been slightly itchy aound the nipple not on.

when it starts to hurt to touch, is when i would start nolva or letro.

You'll know it when it happens. You might not have any problems with gyno at all so keep that in mind also. If they start to get sore, puffy, or itchy dont wait knock it out right away. I would start with adex @ .5mg eod and see if this works. If it doesnt use it ed. 1mg adex ed will bring estrogen levels down to a healthy normal level when using 500mg test ew. Unless you convert at a higher rate. One thing you might want to try is running provirion @ 25mg ed. throughout cycle. For me when using lower doses of gear provirion will do the trick when run throughout cycle.
