Hello Bob...hope all is well with you and your family
It is hot here on the east coast...feels like a sauna in the streets...lots of bees and flies everywhere.
I was watching your "War of the Worlds" videos on bodybuilding.com...great site, great videos
I think it was like episode 2, 3,4, 5, or 6 that you were doing cardio in your living room then cooked up egg whites and flavored oats in your kitchen.
I noticed you were really spent and out of breath when you got off the treadmill after just walking on it.
Now here is my question...I hope to be a large bodybuilder one day...hopefully your size...and i always worry that my cardiovascular endurance would suffer(like in running)
How do you feel your cardiovasuclar endurance is? If you had to escape from a madman or chase after someone, could you?
thanks
PS...you have quite the large fan base on the east coast
I wasn't "spent"...I was on for an hour.
If you want to be a large BB like myself...why would you be concerned about being able to run?
If you're looking to do marathons, I would suggest staying smaller and less muscular.
