Well, since this past weekend's presentation with WNBF Pro Bodybuilder, Jim Cordova was such a hit with the ladies and the feedback was so positive we have now decided to have Jim at each and every Group Workshop for you going over his inside training secrets for all you figure gals to reach your maximum goals to be your very best!!! And for all of you bodybuilders who have constantly been contacting me to find you someone to teach you your mandatory poses for your competition, well guess what? We have now structured our Workshops to accomodate our male competitors as well!!! Yup, you heard it right!!! Jim Cordova will now be covering mandatory posing for male competitors at The Figure Workshop Discount Group Monthly Workshops!!! Also along with Jim's segments, we will now have by popular demand, Elise Firestone from Cosmetic Artistry covering hair, make-up, tanning and skin care at each and every Group Workshop as well. OK, yes, I know what some of you are now thinking, "but what if I already took Elise's class or Jim's training seminar already but want to come to the Workshop portion, or just want to come to Elise's portion or just Jim's posing or training portion?" Well, we have that all covered for you !!! Our new Registration forms which will be posted shortly on thefigureworkshop.com web site will have a section for you where you can check off which portions you may wish to participate in. You can choose one or all portions for a Workshop. Each portion has a different disconted price at an amazing rate!!!
