they do make liquid nolvadex also. It works just like the real thing, its just way too expensive through ag-guys. For that price I just assume buy pharma grade nolva.

Depends on your propesity to aromatize. Start with something like .25 mg per day and see how that goes.  Personally, I need .75 mg per day because I aromatize easily, even when lean. 

It may take a while to figure out your ideal dosage.  It also depends on the amount of gear you are using.

i think the whole "fat makes you more succetable to estrogenic sides" thing isnt because higher bf % makes your aromatase enzyme more active, but because adicopites are heavily littered with estrogen receptors.
