Yes you are a moron.  And please don't exhibit how stupid you are, it is sad.

here is a memo from them.

The Fitness Planet in this Part of the Planet

On the other hand, the club underscores a number of exercise rules and etiquettes that need to be observed among members and users. The club prohibits compound barbell exercises like deadlifts and bent over rows exercises. Dumbbell use is restricted to a maximum of 80 pounds. The use of magnesium carbonate in heavy lifts is also prohibited. Exercise etiquette is strictly observed, which means no grunting, swearing or loud psyching up rituals. Excessive noise from bar drops is also prohibited. Members are warned of such violations by an alarm that rings every time a member breaks any of the rules.

And while some may see these rules as restrictive and ironic for a ‘Judgment Free Zone’, many are still willing to go for the club’s reasonably-priced program, wide choice of exercise equipment and the other amenities the club offers.

This business model will never make it.......and for the life of me I cannot figure out why PF bought World Gym, they are polar opposites in corporate culture. They will never mix, and if PF thinks they are going to be able to convert even 10% of WG's into PF they are high on crack.

This gym allows heavy deadlifting, there is actually a box of chalk lying around in the gym in case you dont bring you own. The heavy metal/rock is usually so loud no one is gonna hear you grunt, not like anyone would say anything otherwise. And the have a ton of equipment.

A few months ago Mens health came out with a list of the top 50 gyms in the US. Check it out. Kolosium was nowhere to be found. But a great warehouse gym thats only 2500sqft in Jersey made the list. Its any awesome gym.

I doubt that. In fact I can say with certainty that is total BS.

Gold's Gym is by far the biggest name in the industry and also has the most clubs, and they were bought out at less than $160 million, and they are 10 times what PF is. World Gym was sold for only 10 million total, and WG has 10-100 times the name recognition of PF.

Besides, Bally has close to 400 clubs and they have been trying to sell their chain for the last 2 years-no buyers, in whole or part.
