How did he add all that muscle? It wasn't just the heavy training! He needed plenty of outside supplementation to do so. So as that supplementation goes bye-bye, so does the muscle. It is just a matter of time before he shrinks back to his former Mr. O self....210lbs max...and certainly not lean as he ever was before he started his program.
