with last minute chance and the majority of the people betting on the fight not including that last fight i'd say it's a draw between you and k-1 at 7/10 each followed by me and coltrane at 6/10

No excuses, it's about doing the honerable thing.

When only 2 outta 9 people include all fights, it's not fair to count them. That gives you an unfair advantage.

Maybe the fact you're attempting to manage these threads is a disadvantage to everybody.

We're several people managing them.

The whole idea behind the betting is challenge yourself against the rest betting.

If not, then there would be no point in putting the bets online (might aws well write them on a piece of paper offline)

And since this is the whole idea, of course all people that one challenge need to bet on the same show - and the same fights! How can it otherwise be fair?

And when this doesnt happen (for whatever reason) the fights people dont bet on get crossed over and doesnt count.

Hope this helps.

First of all you start these threads, it's the responsability of the threadstarter to keep them updated (and not hours before the fight happens).  If the respective threadstarter can't fulfill these duties then maybe they have no buiseness starting these threads in the firstplace.  So basically, with your logic your rewarding the ill informed and giving them a handicap, how is that fair?  I challenged myself against the rest betting, I bet on all of the fights because I didn't rely on a moron to keep me updated, so in turn I got more correct.  If anything, you dragged everybody down on both pick ems.  It's obvious you don't keep up with MMA, if you did ,you would keep the cards updated in a timely manner, and maybe you would actually win these little contests.  The numbers you yourself tallied initially for me were 8/11, now you changed them because you're asshurt, basically you're fixing the outcomes of these shittily put together pick'ems and you still can't win. Lmao.

Look dude, most people on here got a life. And it doesnt circle around betting on a msg board on the Internet. People follow MMA to some extent, but theyre not obsessed about it, they see a betting thread stickied, they click on it and bet on the fights in there. Often many days before the show.
After the show, they come here and check the results to see how they did against the rest that did the exact same thing.

Now once in a while a fight gets scrapped altogether, or a fighter replaced or whatever. Since the majority of people dont live on the board and press refresh they fail to adjust their bets. And sometimes the ones making the threads fail to make the changes. Shit happends.

It dont matter though, because we just dont count those fights. And it's all good.

Hope this helps.

Says the guy with almost 30,000 posts on this board alone.  Wow, talk about calling the kettle black.  Your stupidity knows no bounds.  ;D
