egg questions

helllo everyone
i have a question for u
i like my eggs over easy in the monring...i have egg white w/ my whole egg-and when i finsh eating i have some runny yolk left on my plate
now if i eat the toasst witht he egg i can sop up the yolk and its all good...but sometime i dont have toast so i lick the plate or pick up plate and pour egg yolk into my mouth

what about you guys?
do u do same thing or do u just not care


i watcxh jay cutlers videos of him eating breakfast and he deosnt have the same issue
ive heard of some bodybuilder pouring the egg yolk intot heir oatmeal too
