BCAAs

hey i take protein and creatine but im not taking BCAAs should i be taking this supplement if so what will it do for me and when should i take it THANKS FOR THE HELP

Depends on how experienced you are and how your diet looks like. If you eat and train like you write, BCAA will not help you.

I was just going through the Tribulus posts here. I am 62 years old and take 6 gr. of l-arginine a day, zinc, dhea 25mg, a heavy multi vitamin, omega3, edta, and Tribulus 1250mg - 3125mg,. My girfriend is 22years old so the 3125 dose is when I want to wear her out. I have never done any anabolic steroids. I suspect the posts who poopoo Tribulus are used up or taking something that counteracts its effects. I just think about something sexual and I get an erection. Have morning wood so hard that I have to wait 20 minutes to pee. I suffered from ED when I was in my early 50's. Since taking tribulus. that is just a memory. I have a 55" chest, 32" waist I am 6'1 and I do not workout. I have lifted before, and can bench 250 lbs. The Tribulus I use is no exotic just a Wonderlabs product. It is cheap. Just one guys experience>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

you can never have enough aminos. I use my BCAAs  per/during/post. I use have a does per workout b/c I have a protein shake. I take the other half in middle of the workout. and then last dose post workout. I feel my strengh gains.  when I started to use it during my workouts, I feel my muscle fullness.

creatine is just creatine. there's no other amino acids with it depending on what brand you get.

get a BCAA's or a EAA's produckt and not the nonEAA's
