Those phones are improving.  Comes out in a 1024 x 768 sized image, very big.  and I have a cheap ass phone too.

State of the art is about 3Megapix right now. It's all marketing anyway, the shitty optics cannot provide for such resolutions.

my arms and shoulders have always sucked.  I always start the week with leg day (thurs), and always do chest day on fri.  Then I usually hit the gym for back day (sat, although some weeks it's just deadlifts and rows in the garage when i'm too busy to drive to gym.

Sunday I'm too sore from playing shows, so I have to rest.

Then Mon/Tues are supposed to be shoulder then arm day, but often I'll bitch out on driving to the gym, as those days are so busy with work.  I'll play with the 40 pound dumbbells for side raises on Monday, maybe do some curls or triceps behind head on tuesday... but you know ya just can't match the intensity of a real gym trip at home while working.

40 lbs lateral raises huh?  How many strict reps?... one or two?   ;D
