For the average person I would agree with this but for BB'ers who are eating 250+ grams of protein per day it might be adantageous to consider eating/supplementing to adjust pH.
That's a reasonable point. I know that a lot of my bodybuilding brethren neglect their greens though. I am guilty of this myself. I've recently started eating a lot more greens, especially now that I'm dieting and I think it's making a difference.
For most people, I think this would suffice. If not, they may need medical attention nonetheless. But that's still a good point. Safety first, right? In Canada here we can get blood tests for anything and it's free, but I realize that down South it's a little harder. I often forget how easy we have it up here. Everyone should still get a bit of blood work or a check up, just to know where they sit.
