ive gained weight from lifting but its left me with bad stretchmarks
you can't do anything about the ones you have, but they will fade somewhat with time.
you can however prevent getting further more stretchmarks by not gaining weight to fast, i.e. not "bulking up".
gain weight slowly. what you want is quality weight anyway, not fat.
also, some say zink helps with elasticity of the skin.
