I remember when HH6 said, a few months ago, that the SOFA (status of forces agreement) would be signed very soon. It ends at end of year, remember? Looks like Iraq isn't caving to Bush's SOFA demand of 58 permanent bases there.
Who will blink? Bush wants us to keep major presence there, Iraq - and it's becoming very clear - does not.
