I worked at walmart 10 years ago, and you had to know the phone code to speak on the intercom then.

haha I always wondered why it didn't work for me when I'd try :D

Bias Intimidation is a crime in which a particular group of people are subject to harassment and it doesn't have to be face to face....ex Cyber-Stalking.

You're an example of a little knowledge being a dangerous thing.

Harassment can't be filed if it's a one time incident. You can walk up to a female (I'm laughing at the thought of Vince walking up to a real female!) and ask her out once. You will not be arrested on charges of harassment, or sexual harassment. But as soon as she says "no" and you proceed to ask her out on dates, you've moved into harassing her. Same principle works here.

More than likely with the press coverage, they are going to make an example out of him.  His parents are seriously screwed because they'll prob get sued by Walmart for defamation.

Defamation—also called calumny, vilification, slander  (for transitory statements), and libel (for written, broadcast, or otherwise published words)—is the communication of a statement that makes a claim, expressly stated or implied to be factual, that may give an individual, business, product, group, government, or nation  a negative image.

How can the kids /opinion/statement be defined as defamation, Vince?
