Major Hysteria Has Hit Obama and the MSM Hard!
« on: September 05, 2008, 01:00:18 PM »
It's amazing, albeit hilarious to see the Obama campaign and the mainstream media scrambling to press that panic button.  Their behavior since the Palin selection has just pushed them over the edge.   :o  ;D

CNN is now back tracking on the previous run Palin stories, they know it has hurt their viewership

Oprah also is coming under attack, now that the cat is out of the bag on Palin not being allowed on the show until AFTER the campaign, so it does not conflict with her and Obama

Is that really true?  Very partial treatment.

She may want to reconsider because Palin will boost ratings.

Just on FOX, apparently it rattled Oprah and her whole network crews pretty bad she just put out a press statement, she could not say much other than she would have her on the show AFTER the elections, pretty sad her show has been getting hit like no other since she continues to stand in front of the political train.

The media is hurting the Obama campaign more than it is helping.   :-\  It would serve his campaign well to step up the dissent of the media's bashing towards Gov. Palin.

That train passed long ago. Obama has even laid some sexist critics of Palin.

Not looking good.

He's on the run with the experience saga that's been stirred up regarding himself and Palin.  This is also a path that his campaign doesn't really want to go down.  I guarantee you that Joe Biden doesn't have anymore fingernails to nibble on since Sarah Palin has been on the speaking trail.

All the Dems have been quiet, they now it's not good that the media has hit Palin so hard.
Clinton is supposed to be making some stops for the campaign. We have not heard from Bill, and one little comment about Obama such as another "thug" remark is going to blow up.

Great job, attack media: Palin more popular than McCain, Obama
posted at 11:03 am on September 5, 2008 by Ed Morrissey
www.hotair.com

Rasmussen’s latest tracking poll has some good news for the McCain campaign.  In the first tracking poll with post-Palin speech data, John McCain has begun his convention bounce, coming within two points of Barack Obama after being down as many as six this week.  And in an ironic twist, Sarah Palin has better favorability numbers than either of them.

According to the internals, Palin now has solid favorable majorities from men (65%) and women (52%).  Palin also has majority positive favorability ratings in all age demographics and in all income brackets.  She also has majorities among conservatives and moderates, while trailing with liberals and black voters.

One embarrassing result for Obama comes from a comparison of their experience as a preparation for the Presidency.  Obama only beats her by four points overall, only by nine points among women, and trails by three among men.  She runs within the margin of error in all college-educated demographics, only trailing significantly among high-school graduates and drop-outs.  And of course, she’s not running for President; Obama is.  It looks like the attack on Governor Palin’s experience backfired on Obama, and as long as he keeps running against the GOP’s #2, he’ll continue to lose.

The final question is very interesting.  Overwhelmingly, people believe that Sarah Palin has boosted McCain’s chances to win in November with her acceptance speech on Wednesday.  Obviously, this could only get asked of the people in the final day of the rolling poll, and this should give an indication how far the bounce will get.  By 58%-10%, respondents felt she helped, a wide margin that appears in every single demographic of the poll.

Hillary will attack McCain, and wants to make it clear she will not be an attack dog for Obama against Palin.

Wow, it is looking bad for Obama, Clinton stated she will not say negative things about Palin.

I'm just waiting on old Bill to drop some bombs now, and see what CNN and MSCNC says, haha.
