Bob can i do long distance running and still build muscle

Bob is it ok for me to do running for my cardio? i want to build muscle and loose fat, i dont want to look like a bodybuilder, i want to look like more of a fitness model. i want to jog abou 20 miles a week

Edit: Any muscle? Yes. Bodybuilding type muscle? No.

There was a bodybuilder, Johnny Fuller, from the 70/80s  that actually ran a marathon. I think Tommy Wishbone knew him. (Johnny died a few years ago from cancer.)
