  i know i will be top 3 for sure....... just waiting for ALI AMINI to agree for the 202 so we set the plan, but sound like he is aiming for 220-225   i am 212-210  3.5weeks out of the show... i guess we will nail it on 205-206.. if it happen that i get the Pro card any time this year then i will try the 202 befor i really Gain....

  Well,, this is the best Contest prep since i worked with ALI AMINI ( THE GAME) and at this point i am nearly 97kg....... some people at the gym think that i am already ready for the show BUT Ali has some thing els this year! along the 3 years that i worked with Ali i Gained nearly 17kg (37 Pounds) of pure muscles, the guy knows what he is doing and taking it step by step.......

 we are planning to hit the stage 95-94kg 100% condtion with size......since i started competing i never toke less than 3rd place.. most of it 1st and 2nd places....

 Ali planning to make me hit the stage next year nearly 99-100kg which i dont doubt it according to what he Did already BUT i am planning to do the 202 class when i trun Pro but Ali dont agree with me coz he can make me do good damage in the open class

 i do use heavy wieghts but not that heavy that drop me to 4-6 reps... i keep my reps 10-12 (on and off season) the only thing i change is the rest between each set and the Cardio... off season i train 5 days.. on season i train 6 days... 4-5 times cardio....
