I remeber when I was in college I worked as a desk attendant at this apartment building and there was this old dude about 50yo and he used to be a high school wrestling champ and stuff. Well I had a subscription to MD and he had one to Flex so we would trade off sometimes. Anyway he was an alcoholic and fat but still was kind of big. He would tell me about the cycles he did in the past and all his youthful greatness but now he was pretty much a fat loser. Anyway sometimes he would come down to the office drunk and would do posedowns in front of our large mirrors in the lobby. It was always somewhat entertaining when I was extremely bored.
Moral of the story, stay on the right track with your workouts and personal life so you don't end up like him.
