Most definitely sure.  Biceps could use more size, (especially when viewed from the front relaxed) same with triceps - especially the long and outer heads.  Forearms are very underdeveloped for a larger man.  Calves of course are a problem, but most blacks have weak calves so I'll let him off the hook for that one.   Have a look at the two photos Michael posted on the 3rd page of this thread and you will see that in some poses his arms overall could definitely use more size and detail.

Not much of a comparison - he is 3 inches taller and 30 pounds bigger
Toney has refined his body at 42 - while at 29 dennis is starting to distort.( with out stepping on stage)

Toney has competed and been in wars with dex, melvin, dennis the menace , Phil 1-1 people (yes Toney has beaten Phil- one of the few)and Gustavo After coming off a Bad placing at the O ( illness)

I will say it - If x was not Ill - it would of been X not Dennis in the 5th Spot at last year O ! - no excuses

So place Dennis Next to Taller more shapely
6'2 289 with a 30 waist and bigger by 30 pounds and better presentation - To bad it will be more of the same

I've met him a few times and he was really cool. Seems smarter than some of the guys I've met. Looks massive in person, but athletic..not awkward and slow like some Pros.
