Hey all bigguns back.
So I haven't hit the gear in 2 years and have gotten back into the lifting and looking to do a contest next spring. I was thinking of doing a 5 month cycle, 3 months bulk, 2 months contest prep gears? All my cycles in the past have only been 3 monthers so I don't know if 5 monther works that well, so I wanted to get your guys take?
What's your opinion on a long duration cycle, are they effective or not? would it be better to do a 3 month bulk take a month off and then do a 6 week cut cycle?
I'm not so worried about cutting I'm at about 7-8% bf right now, I would like to put on some good size with this cycle though.
Here's what I got so far I haven't committed to any of this yet, and I'm still working out the numbers and fine tuning, so bare with me.
Idea for 20 week cycle
Beginning
14 weeks of Test E/C or SuS at 750-1000mg a week
14 weeks of Deca or EQ 500-750 mg a week
6 weeks of Dbol - 30-40 mg ED
After 14 weeks switch the deca/eq to primo for 6 weeks (dosage and frequency not decided yet)
After 14 weeks switch the Test E/C or Sus to Test Prop for 6 weeks (dosage and frequency not decided yet)
After 14 weeks begin 6 weeks of winstrol tabs - 60 - 80 mgs ED
For full 23 weeks run nolvadex at 20 mgs a day ED
Run HCG every 5 days or every week I think
Clen and T3 will be used only if need be
Don't know about GH at the moment, depends if I can find any and for reasonable $
Would you guys change anything or add or remove anything ??
