hahahaha, i love when these guys throw the weight into the converstaion in a matter of factly way, 'i was benching and was on my 2nd warm up set with 550 which is no big deal for me" ;D
Granted people do that a lot here but he wasent exactly claiming anything earth shattering.

My grip is fine. Years of always cleaning DB's and for me heavy chins dips hell anything you use your hands for helps.

Thoiugh i understand small people with small hands grip issues are a nightmare
