nah, the problem is the combination of the fats and sugars... the sgars will send the fats to adipose.. the fats muscle milk contains are actually pretty damn good fats for building muscle.. they are pro immflamatory and really help you grow .. but because of the sugars you dont get the benefits of the fat because they get sent to adipose and your body never gets to use them... however is you drink it during your workout or just after your workout, you wont get the insulin spike and youll be able to use up the fats and the muscle milk would be a good choise at those times of the ay... for most people that will be the only time of the day that a muscle milk would not contribute to adipose... but iuf your a super ecto or a big beefy bastard then they woudl be fine at other times too...
