hmm that what ive been hearing that the gi thing is crazy mumbo jumbos and it dont count if u eat portein fats with meals
yeah, i mean, it is REAL, but think about this... if you eat 6 meals per day, each meal contains 50g protein 75 g carbs 10 g fat... one day all yoru carbs are from brown rice the next day all your carbs are from white rice... but both days your carb intake is exactly the same... any difference in body composition will be kind of insignificant... over several years the difference would be noticeable, maybe, but its not such a big factor as overall carb intake is.
