Gyno building up? HELP!

First of all my cycle is test/deca.

About at the outer-side of my right nipple its like a small lump building up (when i touch it, this thing is not on my left one).....and i think it aches a bit

what should i do?

I have some letro and nolva....

that sucks....  :(

Start taking 20mg Nolva ED until the problem is resolved.

I'm not a fan of using letro to eliminate estrogen, but i'm sure many people will tell you to use letro.

If nolva can correct matters, that'd be great. 40mg ed if it's underdosed UGL stuff (I find that lots of UGL stuff is underdosed or bunk) or 20mg ed until it starts to subside. I like using a bit of arimidex and nolva. Letro really hits you hard and fast but I've used it with great success. Never jumped up to big doses like most people do though.

But if you try your other options and you're in a pinch, get some Cialis so you don't have to soft dick your gf and blast your tits with letro. It's sort of brute force but suffering with sore joints and zero libido for a few weeks is a much more viable option than shelling out thousands to have it removed (which it may spring up again). Best of luck, man.

When I started getting a bit of gyno, I used 2.5 mg of letro for about two weeks. Lump shrank and has not been an issue since.  ;)

Then dropped down to a maintenance phase of .5 eod until cycle was done. Careful, could kill sex drive especially with deca involved...

Agreed. Start with the Nolva & if that doesn't work use everything in you've got.  ;D ;D

20mg nolva every day, if it still hurts to touch after say 4-5 days i would use 1.25mg/day of letro.

I agree with most here about the Nolvadex.

I don't like Femara.

I think Aromasin is a better aromatase inhibitor.

Ouch. Worst case scenario I would plead my case to my doc and insurance company, claiming that my bitch tits hurt super badly and I had fears of developing cancer, that it's making me anti social and depressed, etc... I know that a few companies out here have paid for the entire procedure.

If they gave me the clear, I'd do a crazy cycle beforehand but would probably lay off in the future.

I always have a little bit of gyno from puberty days but nolvadex seems to shrink it back to it's previous size and less swelling when I use it.

i also have a small hard lump behind my left nipple...its doesnt hurt, itch and isnt tender! but it does throw you off, i mean i avoid all kinds of test now! and there is only so much you can gain without that stuff!!
trouble is i dont know if i had it there before i started my cycles (years ago) or one of them caused it.

ive never used alot of gear during my cycles infact when i tell people they are shocked to hear just the small amount(compared to some i read on here!). what id like to know if i would be safe carrying on taking anything!! even with Arimidex?!
i do intened going to the doctors this next week but the trouble is it isnt bad enough for them to worry about i dont think...you cant see it! only feel it....so i guess what iam saying is i totally feel for you mate! nightmare!!

I have had gyno surgery 2 times. One on my left and one on my right! No scars and you cant even tell. This is when i was young and stupid. Thats why i always preach research before you do or put anything into your body. This is a cosmetic surgery, no insurance will cover it, or not in my case. Pretty expensive too. If the lump is just beginning to form slam 40 mgs of nolva and it should help out and then be aware and cautious daily and pay close attention. ONCE THE LUMP IS THERE IT DOESNT GO AWAY, unless surgicially removed

You could take both for a couple of days. Sometimes that may be enough to make it disappear. A lump can form seemingly overnight and if gyno is your biggest fear might as well hit it hard right off before it becomes fibrous.

I agree, I use adex, and will also use nolva to knock down puffy nips at the beginning. I don't have lumps, and never have, but get seriously sore and puffy if I'm not on top of it.

I developed some gyno and I was straight up with my doc about my gear use.  He prescribed me some tamoxifin (nolvadex) and that, with a little fat loss, seem to take care of the problem.  I think if you talk to your doc about it, there more than understanding because gyno can also lead to breast cancer.
