Anyone remotely educated on ancient Greece knows about the Symposiums and you're right about the boys - women were little more than breeding machines.  With Greco- Roman statues penises were made deliberately small precisely to stop them becoming something sexual and to keep them about the physique, their primary purpose for being made.
I haven't seen any literature about them making the penises small because it reminded them of young boy's cocks. The accepted, academic, explanation has been that it was an issue of modesty, of trying not to turn it into something sexual and frivolous. This is certainly true in the Roman era, where many of the models were not even that young anyway.

He is a good guy.  He made a point of approaching me and offering some very good advice.  He's very knowledgeable, so I'd absolutely consider anything he says.  Not many people give a shit these days, so it struck me as a very nice thing.  Like I said, I give props where they're due.
