Why i think it was fake...

When the cop showed up, the smaller black dude revieled the stick as they were walking to the cop car...The black cop never took the stick away and even turned his back to the guy holding the stick...The cop was way to comfortable with a man holding a possible weapon...

No, i heard this well before Fox news had it. And it was a a black radio station. In Washington, DC.
