when yall use tablespoons to mix oils and peanut butters in your food...do u use level scoop or is heaping tablesoon okay? like when i make my shake in morning i add peanut butter but at times the tablespoon is heaping? stop or continue?
also i find at the end of the day i am tired and i go to take my pm vitamins w/ food and then i forget if i took certian pills earlier in the day...and i find this aggrivating...what about you guys? do yall ahve trouble keeping track of the stuff u already or have to take?
