I barely have enough to cover buying chicken and supporting my caffeine habit.
I currently just take an amino tab three-four times a day before eating/training. Once those run out I won't be taking anything for a while. I haven't had a shake in a long long time.
fuck the shakes and aminos ...
spend your budget on quality beef and/or fish .. even organic whole eggs ... and fresh veggies not the frozen type ... eat even 2 times a day but make it quality and plenty as in meat and veggies ... get some fresh fruit ..
don't get paranoid about muscle breaking down as it doesn't happen like that.
relax and do what you can for now .. you'll be allright
