It varies from month to month. I like to waste money on the "Amazing Breakthrough Once in a Lifetime" supplements that come out every so often. I would say it ranges from $50 to $100 a month. Which isn't bad. I've been living in Kuwait since 95 and I use to sell boxes of Mega Mass to the local bodybuilders for $100.00 a pop. They couldn't get supplements back then. All the supps were smuggled in from Bahrain or Dubai. They could get Steroids much easier. It's a little different now. Supplements are readily available but will still cost you at least twice what it does back in the States. I order mine on line or buy on the military base. Locals have to use the local mail system and it's to much of a hassle to get supplements in that way. Luckily we have the USPS through the base. I'm working on base in Iraq right now. I've been getting my supplements on base. For the routine stuff like Multi Vit, Vit A, C, E, Flaxseed, Fish Oil I usually get my stuff from Walmart. I'll have someone send the biggest bottles they can find and they usually last me a while. Anyway, that's my 2 cents.
