i trained under the unfluence of coke one time and it was the best leg training ive ever had. great focus. no distraction.

Always training with High intensity for the legs well work 100% of the time...High intensity training for the upper body is a whole other story...

Everyone out there that was massive legs, dare to train like Platz...Everyone out there that wants to build a massive upper body...Don't train like Platz...
