ill check out that 24 hour fitness tomorrow its a no go to go to venice and im right across the street from disney land entrance so i should find that 24 hour no problem .. thanks for the tip
when i was in golds earlier there was one uy who was an obvious bodybuilder and he did look kinda fmaliar maybe a little like tj schoenborn , a white guy bald head, idk looked like a national level competitor based on his upper body alone but he left right after i got there.
funny thing i noticed is that arnolds stuff was all taken down even in the row of olympia's pictures in the frnt room ( jay looks great in the comparisons up there i dont think its fair set of pictres jay looks to be the best mr o of all time based off those pics) EXCEPT upstairs inbetween the lokcer rooms theres a few pics of arnold up on the wall.. kinda funny they left those..
the bathrooms weere very nice and modern i think i doubt the stories beefyheavyweight told about glory holes up there ( at leats in the upstairs locker room i didnt go in the others)
i got to use a few machines i saw used by pros in videos and stuff. the unilateral machine bench press in the front room (its black and its plate loaded)..i saw chales glass putting dennis wolf throguh that so i had to try it.. ... i think they putt the benches lower to the ground so you can use more weight and feel stronger than you are LOL
20 dollars for one day was kind of outrageous but i didnt care i had to train there i been wanting to for years
