I don;t respond well to carbs....i get very bloated.....hold a ton of water, very sleepy etc....
How does this diet look for adding lean body mass?
The carbs are from peanuts and raw spinach.
The fat comes from peanuts, olive oil, cheese, chicken legs with skin
The protein is coming from the above.
I will also add some fibre to hit 30 grams fibre per day......
Any suggestions?
