Kevin has the greatest triceps and shoulders of all time
his arms are bigger, shoulders are bigger, chest is bigger, legs are bigger
traps are bigger, and the waist is half the size of Dorian's, Kevin has better lines, obliques, abs
balance, proportion, no body can touch him in the size tricep pose.
ND you can't claim that Dorian wins

If you'll recall, the judges of the 1995 Mr. Olympia awarded the pose to Dorian.  Does that not adequately answer the question?  It should.
