I think he picks up the warrants from the police stations or get the bail jumpers list. If someone defaults on bail, then they are free game so to speak. In some states anyone can pick up warrants and serve them. I do find it amusing that he cannot carry lethal weapons. Idiot should just take the BLE and become a cop. He may end up on the wrong end of a gun one day. I totally disagree with his approach or any attempt at vigilantism.
