Got my MGB III check today!!!

That's right...received my check in the mail today. I spoke to Yemini (Mindspin) yesterday and talked about the trip to Calif...he's a nice guy. I'm looking to go around March or so.
I'm doing alright..up about 10 lbs on the scale from when I took my pics. I feel really good at this weight(190)...I'm eating very clean 6 days of the week and really going off the diet on the 7th day!!! I'm still lifting strict and heavy as always..big movements...cardio 4 x week for an intense 20 min...I feel good 

....anyone heard from that "Aquilles" character? haha

I'm alternating btwn eliptical and inclined treadmill power walk. Only 10 lbs because 6 days/week I'm extremely clean with only 150g carbs/day....no way am I gonna balloon back up...I feel too good at my current level of conditioning..energy and strength are feeling a lot better ...towards the end of my diet I was really depleted and felt like total shite!
