Has the homo-eroticisation of Pro Bodybuilding been damaging???
« on: December 24, 2008, 12:51:49 AM »
Look, everyone has the right to express their individualism and sexuality.

However, some things should be left how they are!

For better or worse, Pro Bodybuilding has been monopolised by the homo sexual community.

We first saw the homo sexualising of the sport emerge in the early 1920's.  By the '70's (the Arnold era), the gays were attempting to saturate all levels of the sport.

Now in the new millennium, the homo sexuals have totally infiltrated basically every level of the industry, from shows and judging to gay for pay and endorsements.

Hmmmmmmm

It's not just the bodybuilding industry.  With all this political correctness it is becoming more acceptable worldwide.  I don't have a problem with what someone does behind their own closed doors, but I don't think it is acceptable for my son's to see a public display of affection between 2 males.  Sends the wrong message.

As much as you say that you don't have a problem with it, you clearly do. See: bolded text. A simple sentence alone can speak volumes.

As for its influence in BBing; well, as long as it doesn't effect the judging of contests to decide the rightful winner and the sport can still grow and maintain what integrity it still does have left, I'm fine by it. The homosexual population help BBing more than hinder it.

You patronize bodybuilding (at least enough to be on this board--which says a lot) and obviously have no problem looking--for years on end--at men in thongs flexing to music for audiences of cheering men.  What message does this send to your son?

If your son is going to be shaped by people’s lifestyles, yours will prove far more influential to him than mine.
By the way, if your son is going to be gay, there is nothing you can do about it.  Shielding him from displays of affection between 2 men is not going to make him straight.

I think homosexuality is a form of mental illness.

Of all the people you should know best.  I bet you feel like the luckiest person on earth cause BB has allowed you to expand your gay practice.  You're not going to start bragging about all the pros you have blown are you.

It is amazing how every word is scrutinized.  No one in this world stands a chance at making a comment under a microscope.  I was not bashing gays.  I just don't think it is right for kids to see 2 guys kissing, 2 girls kissing, or even a heavy make out session between heterosexuals.  Say what you want, but that does not send the right message as far as I am concerned.

As far as making you gay because you go to bodybuilding shows is total nonsense.  Does that mean if you watched Michael Phelps swim at the Olympic games, you must be gay because he had on a speedo.  That was the most remarkable feat by an American athlete and I was proud to have both my son's watch this history in the making event.  Could you imagine the Mr O with every competitor wearing surfing shorts?

The homosexual demographic by definition controls much wealth and influence both politically and culturally!

My point is, we must now live with the fact that, in essence, the homosexuals control and operate the Pro Bodybuilding industry.

The gay community now define the sport.

Love them or hate them, the fags are here to stay!

without homo-eroticism.. there would be no pro bodybuilding - dumbass.

His problem is he still sees competitive bodybuilding as a "sport", which allows him to imagine that the homo-eroticism doesn't "fit".  All he has to do is open his eyes and see bodybuilding for what it is, oiled men in thongs being judged on their body, and he'll realize the thing is gay at its core, and is in no way, shape, or form a "sport".
