I talked to Nasser about these pictures yesterday.  He said that the pictures were taken after he had just had his ass pounded by a very wealthy schmoe.  He had a towel wrapped around him because he was bleeding from his rectum.  Zane actually came in when he heard Nasser sobbing and wanted to check on him.  He said Zane was very tender with him.
